Russell achieved this milestone during his unbeaten 64-run innings off just 25 balls, which included seven sixes and three fours, against SRH at the Eden Gardens.
What makes Russell’s feat even more remarkable is that he reached the 200-sixes landmark in the fewest number of balls compared to the other players in this elite group. Russell needed only 1,322 balls to hit his 200th maximum, translating to a six being struck every seven balls in his IPL career.
